The Nigerian Federal Fire Service salary structure is the way the Federal Fire Service (FFS) pays their workers, this comprises of the payroll of the FFS on monthly/annual basis based on their rants and offices. Their salary structure is different from the Nigerian Army, Navy, Air force, etc.

The Federal Government of Nigeria has established new salary structure for all the paramilitary bodies in the country. The Consolidated Paramilitary Salary Structure (CONPASS) provides an increase in the basic salary and allowance for all paramilitary organisations in the country. These are the salary structure of the Nigerian Federal Fire Service (FFS) according to ranks:

  • The average salary of Federal Fire Service staff – ₦800,000 – ₦1,000,000 annually (₦50,000 monthly)
  • It has being stated that the Salary Grade Level 7 is automatically moved to Salary Grade Level 8 meaning that the FFS salary structure is growing.
  • The highest officer that receives the highest salary is the Controller General of Fire Service.
