The Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (FMARD) have commenced the disbursement of N15billion funds to eligible Enumerators and farmers. This will assist farmers in procurement of farming tools for the farming season.

FMARD AFJP Farmers Payment/Disbursement Update
It might also interest you to know that the federal government have approved the fertilizer subsidy to the 1st and 2nd batch of the AFJP smallholder farmers and to all FMARDPACE Selected Beneficiaries.
To benefit from the fertilizer subsidy programme the Federal government is doing, you will need to get a bank details that is yours and submit the details with our enumerators. This is still ongoing and it is advised that if you have not submitted your bank detail, you should do so urgently.
If you do not have a bank account then you need to open one immediately.
The second batch of the FMARD AFJP Farmers Payment/Disbursement have started. If your bank account is not linked to BVN then you will have challenges accessing your fund. Hurry to your bank and link your BVN to your bank account.
Note: Selected beneficiaries of FMARD PACE AFJP Farmers Payment/Disbursement will be paid N250,000 to N500,000 each in the 1st batch. If you have not received your payment yet and have linked your BVN to your account then you might need to exercise a little patience and you will get your payment directly to your account.
All enumerators that have not received their payment and took part in the dry and wet farming programme should also exercise patient. Enumerators are to confirm the total number of their unpaid valid surveys through FMARD contact lines before filling out the form. Enumerators might as well check their ODK app to confirm the total number of valid surveys.
