Job Title: Recruitment Intern

Job Description

• We are seeking for a recruitment intern to join the team and assist with driver recruitment

Responsibilities

• Manage the posting of job vacancies
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates for further processing
• Actively search resumes for drivers through various channels to get sufficient candidates
• Fully execute the end-to-end recruitment process including the job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates, and recruitment leadership.

Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc. from any recognized University
• At least 1 year of proven experience in recruitment as an in–house recruiter
• Preferably a male
• Must be active and hardworking
• Candidates must stay around Lekki and its environment (proximity is key).
